Our health care services and providers include: Family Medicine, Travel Health, Urologist, Nurse Practitioners, Nutritional Consulting, Social Worker, Educational Pharmacist, Triage Registered Nurses, Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy and Audiology services. We also have a full-service laboratory on site.
The Strathroy Medical Clinic is the pilot site for the Thames Valley Family Health Team. The Family Health Team model of care is a partnership with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care to improve access and quality of health care services to patients.
It brings together the primary care physician with other dedicated independent health care providers to deliver more timely care in a collaborative fashion. In Family Health Teams, family doctors work with other health care professionals such as nurse practitioners, social workers, dietitians and pharmacists to see more patients and to keep them healthy
