Rostering

Your Family Doctor is a member of a primary health care Patient Enrollment Model (PEM). Family Doctors work in patient enrollment models to give you and your family continued access to quality primary health care services.

Enrolling with a Family Doctor who is participating in PEM, is your choice.

The telephone Health Advisory Service allows any Family Doctor and the Ministry to exchange pertinent information.

Now help is close at hand. You do not need to provide your health insurance number and all information is confidential. It doesn't hurt to call.
