DR. FOURNIER is relocating to Montreal effective July 5th:

To all my patients: Thankfully, a variety of physicians at the Strathroy Medical Clinic are willing to accept ALL of my patients. I have assigned you to a physician in our office and we are in the process of aligning this transfer with the Ministry of Health. My staff has started to make phone calls on my behalf to inform you of your new physician. I ask you to please be considerate when speaking with my clerical staff regarding your patient transfer. Every effort has been made to keep families together as much as possible. I want to thank you all for trusting me as your family physician.
